This option is for new organizations needing to initiate marketing programs or established companies needing to improve on existing efforts. The work required is scalable based on needs and budget. The consulting engagement will be estimated based on a scope of work required by the project. A flat fee scope of work with clear goals, objectives, requirements, deliverables and additional expectations will be provided.

This option is ideal for companies with no marketing department or a small team with the desire to build in-house expertise. The approach can either be a flat fee project or ongoing consulting on a fractional basis. If an ongoing arrangement is desired, the engagement will have set parameters in regards to the number of hours per month provided for a designated period of time. The minimum engagement is ninety days. Standard options include:

  • 12 hours per month
  • 20 hours per month
  • 32 hours per month

  • Duration of 3 months
  • Duration of 6 months
  • Duration of 12 months

This option is for companies in a variety of scenarios. For example, companies that have never worked with an agency but need help with the selection process and learning how to work with an agency. This includes writing an RFP, agency interviews, the selection process, onboarding an agency and the nuances in having a win-win relationship. Another scenario involves companies that have had unsuccessful agency relationships and need assistance on setting a new agency up for success. Given the nature of the different scenarios and effort involved, an ongoing fractional consulting arrangement is best.
